What is new in 2007?
- Enrollment data from MARSS used to set both participation and proficiency counts
- MTAS – Minnesota Test of Academic Skills for some special education students
- MTELL – Math Test for English Language Learners for some LEP students
- All groups of 20 are evaluated for proficiency
- Two percent proxy adjustment in some cases for special education groups
