10/22/2008 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Families Linked Together Have A Stronger Voice For parents, community activists, school staff, faith-based organizations, and social service providers. The Family Project is a family-centered community organizing model, which is comprised of four core components: 1) Relationship Building, 2) Building strengths and capacities with parents, 3) Collaborations and partnerships, and 4) Goal setting. We offer training and coaching in this model in order to position parents to strengthen their individual parenting capacities, and become equal partners with the institutions that affect their families. Come and learn strategies to engage all families in coming together to increase the health, safety, and success of their children. | ||||||||||
