The JRLC (Joint Religious Legislative Coalition) mobilizes religious communities to influence public policy in Minnesota for social justice and is concerned about several Social Justice Issues tied to the Achievement Gap.

Keynote speaker: Dr. Ingrid Mattson, President of the Islamic Society of North America and Professor, Hartford Seminary. Dr. Mattson is a scholar on poverty and Islamic law and an inspiring voice for social justice. Our theme for 2009 Day on the Hill is "Led by Prophets."
