Carol's stepchildren have graduated (from Edina and Minnetonka), and her daughter will graduate from Minnetonka this spring. Carol is a long-time parent volunteer who has done everything from teaching music to organizing parent education opportunities. She also served four years as a Director of Minnetonka School Board, is a past board member of the Minnesota Parenting Association and was a candidate for State Representative in the 2004 elections. Carol has been actively working to support the efforts of Parents United since June 2003. She enjoys hanging out at home, reading, working out at the gym, traveling, biking, and swimming. Dinner and a movie with family or friends is also a favorite pastime. "The people of Minnesota can truly make a difference in determining public policy when informed and actively engaged.
