What is new in 2007?
Enrollment data from MARSS used to set both participation and proficiency counts
MTAS – Minnesota Test of Academic Skills for some special education students
MTELL – Math Test for English Language Learners for some LEP students
All groups of 20 are evaluated for proficiency
Two percent proxy adjustment in some cases for special education groups
