The state pays all Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) exam fees for low income students, and a portion of those exam fees on a sliding scale based on income for all other students. The state also subsidizes a portion of the training costs for teachers in Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate courses.
