Distribution of Permanent School Fund Endowment Income Chapter 363 Distribution on Resident Pupil Basis - Estimated amounts of Permanent school Fund (PSF) money districts are expected to receive as new revenue in FY 2010 and FY 2011 (previously the PSF revenue was an offset to the district's general education aid), Minnesota House Research.

June 2, 2008 (Draft) - Summary of 2008 Omnibus Supplemental Budget Act E-12 Education Provisions–Chapter 363 (HF 1812), Articles 2 & 3 - Total state aid appropriations for E-12 education are increased by $25.742 million for the fiscal year 2008 – 2009 biennium. The base budget for E-12 education for the fiscal year 2010 – 2011 biennium is increased by $48.565 million. Total school district property tax levies for taxes payable in FY 2009 are reduced by $1.135 million, Minnesota Department of Education Office of Government Relations and Division of Program Finance.
