Your organization's Web site is your primary communictions tool for many audiences. It can be overwheming to consider improving a Web site - from considering a redesign to everday improvments. This session will consider how usable your Web site is currently, as well as basic ways to improve its usability without a complete overhaul. We'll also look at example sites, discuss Web site redesign considerations, and respond to your questions - from the common everday concerns to big picture questions. Join Pat Thompson from Triangle Park Creative as she discusses ways to make your Web site serve your mission.
About the presenters
Pat Thompson is creative director for Web at Triangle Park Creative, a Minneapolis-based communication design firm that specializes in working with nonprofits and cooperatives. Pat has an M.A. in mass communication, specializing in visual communication, and over 25 years of design experience. Triangle Park Creative worked with the Twin Cities Daily Planet and KFAI to create their Dot.Org Award-winning sites.
