"Educating Rural Minnesota's Children" will be the topic of the first Rural Minnesota Forum, taking place Nov. 15 in St. Paul. Many of the Rural Minnesota Journal's authors, along with other educational experts, will be presenting and leading discussions on the topics of the Journal.

To be held at the Crowne Plaza, 11 E. Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul (formerly Radisson Riverfront).

Hosted by the Center for Rural Policy and Development.
